How can I get in contact with SteezyT?

You can get in touch via most popular social media sites, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or you can drop us an email if you like, to If you send us a letter there's a chance it'll get misplaced with all the junk we get routinely dumped through out letterbox. How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express or through PayPal.
Unfortunately, cash or cheque can not be accepted.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Since our tees are handcrafted to order, it may take up to 5 working days to receive your item/s, but please allow up to 15 days before getting in touch. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

How long for international orders?

Since our tees are handcrafted to order, and international shipping times can vary, you should expect to receive you item/s within 7-15 working days (Mon-Fri). However, please allow up to 30 days before getting in touch. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

How much is postage and packaging?

Postage and packaging within the UK starts from £3.00, multiple items will result in a slight increase, this is calculated on checkout before you pay.

Do you post worldwide?

Yes, postage is shown before you pay. We want you to order from abroad, so we try to keep the postage costs low as possible.

I made a mistake on my order, what should I do?

No worries, if you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please email and let us know as soon as possible. If your order hasn't already been dispatched, we should be able to make the necessary changes. Please be sure to include the order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed under, the email address that was used for the order & the desired changes.

Can I return or exchange an item I have ordered?

Yes, we offer an exchange or refund on all returned items received within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging and condition in which it was received (tags attached etc). So you can't buy it, wear it around town & then pop it gently back in the bag (even though that would be great advertising). Delivery costs cannot be reimbursed. To request a refund please email and we'll reply with a refund form.

We are not able to include postage and packaging as part of the refund.

Where is my order?

All orders are sent out UK First Class Mail & usually arrive within 2-5 working days, for international orders it will take a few days longer. If it's a bank holiday or I've been of gallivanting it may take a few extra days to be processed. Also, keep in mind that the postal service runs at a particularly snail-like pace over festive periods so your order may take a little longer to arrive.

Will you restock sold out items?

Since all SteezyT items are handcrafted to order, occasionally stock will be limited. If an item is out of stock we will be on the case as soon as we can! Keep an eye out for updates on Facebook and Twitter, occasionally we post deals on there, alternatively you can join our mailing list, we promise not to spam the heck out of you. If there is a particular item you are keen on and are disappointed it is no longer in stock, please feel free to contact us at and we will see what we can do.
