Refunding or exchanging an item
We can offer an exchange or refund on all returned items received within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging and condition in which it was received (tags attached etc). So you can't buy it, wear it around town & then pop it gently back in the bag (even though that would be great advertising). Delivery costs cannot be reimbursed. To request a refund please email email@example.com and we'll reply with a refund form.
We are not able to include postage and packaging as part of the refund.
